Carrying luggage up the stairs to the 2nd floor entrance can be exhausting, as the escalator is often turned off.

Super clean, great downtown location with convenience store underneath. Polite and helpful staff. Coin laundry with all-in-one washer-dryers available. Nice, comfortable bed, filling and delicious breakfast. 10-minute walk from Shinjuku station, easy access to city. Free breakfast and Lawson convenience store handy. Clean room, extremely friendly staff. Affordable steal by Tokyo standards.

The hotel's cleanliness was perfect, from the room to the common areas. The staff were always friendly and helpful, even providing a translation device when we encountered a language barrier. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from Shinjuku station and conveniently near a large electrical store. The breakfast provided was surprisingly delicious and filling.
